How to gain weight?? 🤨

So I’m going to enlist in National Guard, but I’m underweight by 3 pounds...My BMI is 17 and it’s supposed to be a 17.5

I’ve been eating more than what I usually do, healthy of course. However, I am 106 (gained 3 pounds) but my recruiter wants me to gain a little bit more to be on the safe side. The only problem is I have 2 days to do this.

I have a VERY high metabolism, I do track and I usually gain weight with muscle buildup, but I obviously don’t have enough time to gain weight the way I want to. The only good thing is that i can go back to track and keep doing it my way after Thursday if I pass the weight check 🤒. Any suggestions on weight gain? Lol
