In the same boat... 3 days overdue, 2cm, lost mucus plug and had bloody show a week ago, and nothing is working. Walking, sex, dates since 37 weeks, red raspberry leaf tea since 36 weeks, spicy food despite my raging acid reflux, pineapple... I asked for a membrane strip and got it when I was 2 days past my due date after I got my membrane's stripped I walked and walked up and down the stairs as well and I went into contractions around 12:30 in the morning and that same day at 6:08 p.m. I gave birth to my daughter
