I get this a lot??

I get UTI’s a lot ... and I already got tested for STDs and they were all NEGATIVE. What can this mean???

You need to drink more water. 
You need to peel straight after sex. 
You need to try avoid putting anything too harsh into your body. 
You may have thrush without knowing which can cause UTI’s.

have you figured out what causes them? i am prone to utis especially after sex, even though i am clean and pee before and after and drink tons of water. i was told i should see a urologist and get tested for PCOS because those could be related. other than peeing after sex and drinking water, make sure you change out of sweaty/wet clothes asap, wear cotton panties as much as possible, dont use any scented soaps or products on your vagina, take probiotics or cranberry pills daily if you can, and avoid baths. hopefully you can figure it out soon! i have been without health insurance for years until very recently so i have been struggling with utis without being able to see a specialist and i know how much of a hassle it can be.
