We can all give u opinions but in the end you will do what you feel most comfortable with. Although the meds lessen transmission it doesn’t eliminate it. If you aren’t going to tell the. Please at least use a condom in combination with the meds but you really should let them know. I would just explain that you just found out u had it. If you have already had sex with them prior to knowing u had it I would encourage them to go get tested.
