Skull theory?

I cannot understand skull theory for the life of me! 
I’m trying to look at my ultrasound and compare but 🤷🏼‍♀️ 
I’ve even tried comparing my old ultrasound of my daughter to this one but I’m clueless. Lol
Help please?

normally girls beads pointed to the left and boys are pointing to the right. all 6 babies i have had were that way in their ultrasounds and normally everyone else ive guessed on has been dead on
