Spotting at 38w 4d

So I woke up from a nap and went to use the bathroom when I went to wipe there was blood. My husband was scared so he wanted to take me to the hospital. We went and they checked and I wasn’t dilating yet. I was having contractions but not to close together. Since I dont live to far from the hospital They sent me how and told me if I keep having contractions closer together that I can come back. Now I’m home and my contractions are about 6 minutes apart. Do you guys think that i will go into labor soon ?
