What should I believe my body fat is?
So at the gym I got on a scale that measures body fat and according to it my fat is 27%. The trainer use another device because it seemed too high and that one came out to 23%. I still doubt that’s my body fat.
I’m 27
5’5
113
I’m slender and have been working out for a month and I feel the difference in my bras and high waisted jeans.
I usually have been around 19 to 20% when I’ve calculated my own body fat in a nutrition class in college last year.
What should I believe?
