I personally don't. I have never gotten a UTI from not peeing immediately after. The 2 times I actually went pee after, I got UTI's (years apart) so I don't anymore.

I was told by my obgyn to pee before and after sex..

I drink lots of water so I pee a lot but after sex when I go home I pee sometimes other times I'm super tired or can't walk straight so I go to bed and pee in the morning and shower

If I have to. I've never had a UTI since I've been having sex though.
