3 positive pregnancy tests.TMI photo..

So I had 3 positive pregnancy tests.. and then had some light pink Spotting for 2 days and woke up today with heavy bleeding.. just now these came out of me.. sorry for the pic but just wondering does this look like a miscarriage or just blood clots.. never got to go to the doctor to confirm I was pregnant.. I was 9 days late for AF
