Weight gain?
So for the LOOOOOONGEST I’ve been trying to gain weight. No, not for anybody else but for myself. I’m 5’4, 112 lbs. I’ve always been small and always been self conscious about it. I’ve been wanting to gain weight ever since middle school! I know there’s a syrup called Apetamin but I’m afraid to take it and would rather do something else. I know that apetamin makes you gain a lot in a short amount of time. One thing that I don’t want to happen is my boobs get bigger. I want them of anything else to stay the same size. My goal is 120 or 123. I want mainly my legs and things and hips to fill in and my top stay the same. I tried protein powder and I honestly can’t do it because I can’t stand the taste of that stuff. I plan on going to a doctor that helps with weight gain and other stuff. Do y’all have any suggestions?
