Hi Mummas, looking for some advice and ideas! We introduced solids with our LO at 6 months and he is now 10 months. We have always given him some sort of finger food with every meal and was doing really well - bite off portions, chew slowly, etc. (he got his first teeth at 4 months so it was really easy for him!) But recently he started shoving the food in his mouth which causes him to gag or spew. I'm thinking that this is either because his teeth hurt or developmental...? What types of finger foods does your little one love?
