I need suggestions!

Hi mommy’s! I need some tips. I am barely not sleeping at all. I start to feel sleepy around 7-8 AM and by that time my baby wakes up and won’t go back to sleep until around 10-11 AM. I try to change his routine of sleeping but that’s imposible for a newborn. I’m also on maternity leave and I start work in 2 weeks. What can I do? 😣
