I mean obviously I’m posting in the group about HIV because me and my fiancé just found out we have it. Does being HIV positive make it harder to conceive?

No it doesn’t make it harder. You just have to take care of yourself better then other woman. And you must take medicine in order not to pass it along to baby.

Hey so my doctor told me that I have as well, he said it can be a little harder, you would need to be on medications, and plan your pregnancy with you HIV doctor it will make your odds higher.
