Confused. Need help!

So I tested with opk this month and I got my peak test on the 16th. My husband and I bd the last three nights. Glow originally had me ovulating on the 16th but then it hanged it to the 19th making today a 33% chance of pregnancy. Should I BD again today for a fourth day in a row? How many more days should we BD?
