any success stories with azoospermia?

My SO was diagnosed with azoospermia. hes currently on wellmen to try to help and we are waiting on his bloods coming back. does anyone have any success stories with azoospermia and conceiving? i've noticed alot using donor sperm but I don't think I would feel right about it. please give me some confidence x

😔 DH is on clomid and will have his testosterone checked end of May. if that doesn't work (no improvement), we may try donor sperm

We’re in the waiting game right now too...got his blood work done last week and doing another semen analysis with a centrifuge and powerful microscope hoping to find a few little spermies. We meet with the urologist on May 14th and will plan on going from there but were told IVF will be our only option.
