I just wanted to post that it is possible to have GD with one pregnancy and not the other! I had GD with my first single pregnancy. When I found out we were having twins the OB wanted to test me early on, I was 12 weeks along and failed my 1 hour then passed the 3 hour. I was tested again at 25 weeks and failed my 1 hour and passed my 3hour with no issues. It is possible! The thing I hated most about GD wasn’t the diet, or checking my levels but seeing them poke my poor newborn baby several times to test his levels. Just happy that they won’t really have to do that for our twins. 💗
