I know this isn't the place for it, but I just wanted to share my experience. I'm from Brazil and I'm watching for the very first time Mary Poppins. I've heard a lot about it, lots of references in movies and stuff but never watched. So today I was switching chanels and see that it's on TCM chanel, it was just starting and I decided to watch it. I'm finding a little hard to understand some parts, specially when they're singing and some terms they use (it's cable and the chanel doesn't offer subtitles, only original audio or dubbed in Portuguese and I hate it, I always prefer original audio), but, umm... she's practically a Snow White, isn't she? I enjoyed the movie very much, but she's quite annoying to me, hahaha (please, don't get me wrong). And I really think it's very well produced for the time it was filmed. It's very clear why it's a classic. I'm glad I took the time to watch it.
