Feeling defeated

I had my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> two weeks ago. Took a pt 13 dpo and got a BFN. Went for my blood work today as scheduled anyway (still waiting for the results) and was expecting to get af first thing this morning but she hasn’t showed yet. Can’t help but hold on to that glimmer of hope even though I know in my heart she’s coming 🙁
