Postpartum Urine Leakage?

I’m almost 6 months PP and I smell like pee ALL THE TIME. I do wear pantyliners but they don’t help the pee smell at all...
Is this normal? Will it ever go away? 
If I don’t wear a liner, my underwear is usually wet already within an hour or so...

You need to look up exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor. Get clearance from your dr to start doing them.

Get it checked, because sometimes no amount of exercises will help.. so why waste time. Maybe a small operation is needed, but it's nothing to worry about.

Normal! Some women have a hard time controlling their bladder after birth. Work on doing kegels and improving your pelvic floor muscles 😊

you need to get it checked. you may have not had your pelvic floor muscles go back to normal or may have had an unknown complication. the OBs I work eothndsud irs actuslly not normal to leak much urine that far out after baby. yes it increases wirh multiple pregnancies but its actually very treatable.  most women don't know that and never get treated.
