Worried!

Okay so I’m 10 days late and my period hasn’t come (already made a post might be cause by stressed) and I’ve also noticed I haven’t been having any discharge at all like my underwear has nothing on it all day, same as yesterday so like about 3 days now... I have no idea why. Could this also be from stress or what? I’m late and no discharge.. please help thanks!
