I am not sure if I am in the early stage of labor or if I am just the normal uncomfortable from being pregnant. With my first two my water broke in the middle of the night and I slowly started contractions most of which I was unaware of but the doctor could tell I was having them. Is there a way to know ? I keep having cramps in my lower abdomen and occasionally a pinching feeling. I occasionally feel nauseous and I have felt a new level of pressure all day today in my pelvis.
