Induction?

Question

What week do most drs start talking about induction? I’m 39+2 today and last check a week ago had me at 5cm and 75% effaced, I go in tomorrow for another week check but just wondering bc im thinking of bringing it up to the dr stepping in for my dr while she’s out of state. I have no signs of labor and I had my son at 39+3 last year in January. I’m so ready for this baby girl it’s not funny!!

I had my 39 week apt today- I’ll be induced on my due date (next Wednesday) if I don’t have her before then. I have GD and don’t want to go over 40 weeks.

In the U.K. (I believe majority of uk anyways) they have a 12 day policy 😪
Currently 41+3... two days to go until induction day! Whoop!

I just went to my 40 week appt today, and he brought up induction right away. I'm scheduled for is Friday, I kind of had a feeling it was going to happen because I also have not had any labor symptoms. I've been at about 2cm for 3 weeks and now am 70% effaced. My baby girl seems pretty happy staying in there lol he never brought up induction before this appt. I also was induced with my first due to low amniotic fluid. Good luck! :)

My ob doesn’t let you go over forty. So tomorrow at my 39 week 3 day appointment she will tell me my induction date for next week. 40 Weeks and a few days probably. If he doesn’t come before  Which I doubt. I’ve been 1.5 cm abd 50% effaced for three weeks lol

I went at 39+3 today to my drs, and he said if she doesn’t come by my appt next week at 40+3 then he’ll set up an induction date for 41 weeks 😒 I have no reason to do it before that apparently.

mine , started at 37 wks bc his nurse didn't wait 5mins b4 taking my bp.  I was just in the bathroom and had to pick up couple of things off the floor.
