Tender lower abdomen
I’m not sure I’ve I ovulated yet in my cycle. I’m on my second round of letrozole and I don’t take OPKs because it stresses me out. But today my lower abdomen on the left side, above my pubic bone is tender to the touch. It is also uncomfortable when I stretch or tighten my stomach muscles. Anyone know what this could be? Could it be from ovulation?
