New piercing

For my 14th birthday I got my nose pierced, and it was like two days ago, and I figured it wouldn’t hurt that bad after two days, but it’s been really red all day and it hurts like a bitch constantly. I’ve been soaking it in salt water since 5 and it isn’t helping at all. Is it infected or something, should I call the guy that did it, does anyone know what is up?
