Baby B flipped 😒 vaginal delivery feet first?

I’m 35w 5d today. Just last Thursday both babies were head down. Went to my appointment today & Baby B is now breached. My doc said since Baby A is bigger that I could still deliver the 2nd one vaginally, but feet first. Anyone done this before?

I did! First baby was smaller by a pound and they still let me. Baby B came out in two pushes, feet first. Had some tears but way better than a section. :)

I delivered my twins vaginally, baby A was head down and Baby B was breech! My daughter was pulled out feet first. No complications!

If this happens to me I am def letting them take baby b by the feet haha. My doctor told me he’s done it so many times. He told me he did it to a woman that had 2 - 10 lb singletons and then delivered twins, first was a head first 8 pounder and they went up and pulled baby b out by the feet and this baby was 9 lb!!! He said it was not even a problem baby cane right out so that mad me feel certain I’d be ok because these are my third and fourth. I don’t want a c section because my daughter is 2 and still likes to be cuddled and held and I’m afraid I won’t be able to hold her or the babies or do anything for weeks.

It’s not uncommon to delivery second baby vaginally if breech. 
The fear with delivery a baby breech is that the feet are “thinner” that the width of he head which can make it so there isn’t a “clear path” to deliver the rest of the body. Meaning. If feet come first it’s like it goes from small to large and it doesn’t allow the body to deliver the baby and can get stuck. But if you deliver babyA vaginally it makes the opening already making delivery of baby B easier and possible. Just need something “big” to go thru first to make it possible.

Yes they can do it, but my OB said not every doctor/ midwife will do it though if you have a shared practice.  Too many doctors fear birth injury and stear clear of breech extraction. Educate yourself on the risks and decide based on that.  hopefully baby b turns around!!! good luck!

My doctor intends to deliver me naturally too even if baby B is breach, don't stress yet though my baby flipped again at 36 weeks 😊

My dr said if baby A is head down no matter whats baby b postion u n give vaginal brith ,coz after the birth of first somtimes they try to turn the baby B coz there is lots of space made but i have seen vidios on breach vaginall delivery too,, i think it depends on size of baby too
