Would it be weird? (read description please)

My first son has my (technically half) brothers last name for his middle name and we found out this ones another boy. We decided to use his last name because it flowed better with the first name. Well we think his first name works well with the name we have picked out for this boy.

So would it be weird to use his first name for my second son even though we used his last name for my first son?

also if it is a little weird wed like to incorporate his brother in it but his name doesnt work so if you have any variations of Christopher we’d appreciate it
