Daycare babies: how to make bottle/cup transition?

Also suggestions on how to make the formula to milk transition, for babies that go to daycare.. how did you make both switches? Bottle to sippy cup AND the formula to milk with babies that you send to daycare. What are you sending for the day? I feel like I need a weekend with her to do both transitions so that her first day back at daycare she is already used to the new patterns.

I’m having a hard time with this too! My son doesn’t even really like his sippy cup unless he’s eating and then he will drink water with his meal. Other than that I can’t get him to drink from his sippy cup. I tried this morning getting him to use a sippy for his formula and he wouldn’t drink more than an oz. The second I put it in the bottle he drank it all. I tried sending his sippy cup full of water to daycare to try and let him carry it around throughout the day and they never even took it out of his bag. I know when I transition my son to milk I want to go slowly (for a few days do 75% formula 25% milk, then a few days later do 50% formula 50% milk, and then a few days later 25% formula and 75% milk, and then hopefully he’ll take the milk fully after that). But I’m not sure how to get his Daycare to follow that either.
