time to roll over???

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​my little boy will be 4 months on the 27th and he just rolled over for the first time a couple days ago I was wondering if anyone else's baby started rolling at a such a young age a lot of people told me that's kind of odd that a almost 4 month old is rolling over already

Seems more normal than not. My daughter was rolling both ways at 3 months. It just depends on the baby!

My daughter turned 4 months third past Sunday (4-15). She can roll over from her back to her front, from her front to her back, hold her own bottle, and sit up on her own.  I think it all depends on how much you work with your child and how much they want to be independent.  Stella is a very independent baby.  Congrats on your little one!!

It's not really odd at all, many babies do it around that time,  I think it's kinda one of the milestones for that age. My son would be 4 months and he rolled over a couple times but he's lazy tho so he's not doing it a whole lot,  lol

My son was rolling in under one month!!!! It was insane. He was a large and strong baby. He is perfectly fine, met all his milestones early. Nothing to be concerned about at 4 mo.

My LO rolled over (front to back) on his own the first time when he was almost 3 months. He doesn't do it often but occasionally he will. Some babies just hit developnental milestones earlier and some hit them later... nothing odd about it, every baby is different! ☺

4 months is typically when they start rolling from stomach to back. 6-7 months is back to stomach.

My son has been rolling over belly to back since 1 month old he’s now 3 months and now starting to roll back to belly. It all just depends on the baby

4-6 months is about normal. My superbaby rolled over at 11 days. Her pediatrician (older gentleman in his 70s been doing this forever) said he'd never seen the likes of it before...thought it was a fluke until I showed him that she did it consistently every time I put her on her tummy. (She hated tummy time with a vengeance and learned to flip to her back once she figured out crying for me to move her off her tummy wasnt working.) Took her until 4 months or so to do the opposite way (back to tummy). But she didn't get her first tooth until way late (18 months)...every baby does things in their own timetable.

That very normal.. i had a dec baby as well and mine rolled over at 12 weeks. It’s a milestone 🤗😊
