I’m almost 10 weeks pregnant, I had my first ultrasound at the pregnancy care center yesterday, and we could easily see the baby, but could not find a heart beat. They suggested going to the emergency room because my insurance hasn’t been approved yet, and I don’t have a doctor yet. They drew blood at the ER and did another ultrasound (on my stomach and a vaginal one) still no heart beat. They got me approved for temporary coverage and I have an appointment at the ob-gyn next week, but it’s killing me to have to wait that long without knowing what is going on. Has anyone else had something similar happen to them? Did everything turn out to be okay? I’m just so upset and confused, and could really use some advice/opinions.
