Advice please 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Hello ladies I’m a little confused about what’s going on. I had unprotected sex march 19 & 20th & on the 27th. I never got my period in march instead I started spotting on march 23rd, light brown for 5 days as if I was about to get my period but I never did. It was never bright red. According to my period tracker I’m 23 days late. I went to the hospital when I was only 13 days late & the tests came out negative but this has never happened to me. I’m getting cramps as if I was gonna get my period but it never comes. I’m always a lil late on my period but never so many days.
