so, the principal at the school that i go to completely disregarded my anxiety, depression, and ocd. he said that mine wasn’t as bad as other students mental health. he doesn’t know a thing about me. he wasn’t there the night i came home from my friends house at 3:00am bawling, begging my parents to take me to a mental hospital because my intrusive thoughts were taking over my body and mind.

starting soon, i will no longer be attending my current high school because i don’t feel safe there and i cant even walk in the building without feeling anxious because i’m afraid he’ll see me there.
