It REALLY annoys me when people say "they should do it the legal way. "
The legal way costs A LOT of money . The legal way takes A LOT of time to get processed . 
Most of these immigrants DONT have the money. 
Most of these immigrants DONT want to wait 7+ years for their visa to get approved . 
Life situations for most immigrants don't give them the time to wait for a visa nor give the money to pay for them and their family to get one . 
But most Americans don't see that or don't give a fuck .

“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” America is what it is today because of immigration. I won’t stand for eletist assholes shouting about immigrants “stealing their jobs.” No. They aren’t. 
Everyone deserves a good life and equal opportunities and I would hope America would pride itself on letting that happen, just like the quote from the statue of liberty claims we do.

Considering this land was stolen , I would say yes. After all the only Native people are the Native Americans and at some point, someone in your family most likely did the unimaginable to get over here.
