Urinating when vomiting

I’m a little concerned as I keep emptying my bladder whenever I vomit, I had bad sickness with my first pregnancy but never so bad that I wee myself. I can literally go to the toilet five minutes before I’m sick and I still manage to wet myself I don’t really know how to stop it I’ve tried wearing liners but they are not thick enough, is this something that’s quite common? I’ve never heard of anyone I know having this issue any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you
