back story, about 3 weeks ago I was helping my friend move homes we were packing up furniture and other things. about 30 minutes and I started to get extremely itchy on the inside of my arms on the side of my boobs but thought nothing of it cause it was hot that day ( usually get a heat rash) I went home took a shower cleaned off in case it was something on me. still continuous to this day I randomly get these welts that come up on my body and they itch so bad. they do not have any marks on them like they are insect bites. they kind of look like blisters but they go away after about a day and then they randomly come back in another spot the next day. they come up all over my body no particular area, no matter where. at work , home, grocery store lol. any ideas?
