Twins or Singleton?

I had an early ultrasound at four weeks and six days due to previous ectopic and miscarriages. I was wondering what y’all think from this ultrasound if it’s a singleton or twins?

It’s hard to tell as it’s so early. Did the ultrasound tech say anything about twins? It was the first thing they told me at my first ultrasound.

It's very early to tell but to me it seems like some sort of yolk sac so singleton in my opinion.
