All I see is a juicy pimple.
Wrap your fingers in a paper towel and pop that sucker. Then crush a pill or two of aspirin, dilute with some warm water to make a paste, then apply it to the area. The asprin will reduce redness and promote healing. Keep it dry, and make sure you get everything out :p good luck babe!

hace you tried to pop it? it just looks lile a boil to me. if you dont feel comfortable popping it use a hot compress a few times a day and it will go down.
