Irrational fear of dying.. please help
So I have this fear of dying. Like I'm always anxious. I'm only 19.
How do I deal with anxiety and this fear?
I know it sounds stupid. But my dad was diagnosed with cancer and since then I literally think with every ache and cramp I get.. "what if I have it?"
