Looking for some positive thoughts

So after 2 failed IUI’s my fertility doctor told me the next step is laparoscopy surgery to see if they can see what is going on in there. When I had my hsg X-ray it showed my right tube is blocked. Today I had my pre op appt where she goes over everything that is going to happen during surgery it all sounds fine except that I don’t like that there really not sure what the outcome will be. She said they will see what is blocking my tube and “attempt” to repair it I know they can’t be 100 percent that this will help me get pregnant but that’s where I’m having trouble staying positive. She also told me after the procedure I will have a iui done my next cycle. So being negative I asked if that doesn’t work then what and she said IVF which some people skip the surgery and go straight for IVF. I asked if she thought the surgery is worth it and she said absolutely. I go in on tues the 24th. I’m just so scared this won’t work. It’s not that I won’t do IVF but I know it takes a lot to go through mentally and physically. Any positive thoughts would be great 🙏
