Vitamins ???

Question

Anyone know of any vitamins to help for men’s fertility ?  I have. 2 year old son but it seems like  my fiancée can’t have any , we have been trying for about 1 year and a half & tracking cm also ovulation.

G5 male prenatal vitamins was what our RE recommended.

My husband took everything recommended that’s in fertilaid but as separate pills (multivitamin, selenium, coenzyme q10 and something else) made absolutely no sofference to his count or mobility after 3 and 4 months of taking. Still taking but the reality is sperm fluctuates significantly on its own so some people may be seeing what they think is improvement just bc of a normal fluctuation. I looked into the literature and I could only find consistent support for vitamin d actually!

Our RE has him taking Conception XR. The RE wanted to check his vitamin D but we already knew it was low because our family dr just checked it. He is currently taking 50,000 units once a week to get it back up.
