Am I ILL?

So yesterday I woke up with stomach cramps and had diarrhoea. Most of the time I went to the toilet, I had diarrhoea then too. Just before I went to sleep (4 hours ago) I started to feel hot and achy. I ten woke up 3 hours ago and had more diarrhoea and feel hot/achy/sick.

What do you think it could be?
