Anyone else have days where the eat like absolute crap? 🤦♀️🤦♀️
Had a long day at work (12 hours). I work as a graduate assistant at a university so I have a few options on campus. I didn’t pack nearly enough to eat today and there aren’t a ton of healthy options when buying from campus, so my diet today looked like:
Breakfast: fruit smoothie (Odwalla)
Snack: a donut
Lunch: a banana and a cup of tomato soup
Snack: an oat meal cup, milk, and an apple
Was so hungry that I just picked up pizza on my way home from work, ate pizza and then had a bowl of watermelon and black berries.
Polished it off with ice cream.
Yikes. I feel so gross! Please tell me I’m not alone in having these processed junk days 😵
