Please help Progesterone in Oil Injections
Hey everyone,
I’m in day four of taking PIO injections and in pain! I’m bruised and feel knots on both butt cheeks. I’m warming the oil and massaging the area after the injection but am wondering if any of you have extra tips for me. I’m looking at at least twelve more injections and if this cycle worked then many many more! Any advice, tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated.
