Hunter made his appearance a few days early on 4/15. Water broke early in the morning but I get nothing until 2pm. Even went for a walk and ran some errands. Then all of a sudden it hit me like a ton of bricks. We barely got to the hospital at 4:30 and when we did I was already 10cm! How did I not feel anything until 2, I have no idea. Things were intense and my body wasn’t giving me a break but I managed to have a medication free all natural birth and Hunter came into the world at 8:04pm. He would have come sooner but we were trying every trick in the book to turn him from his posterior position - eventually it worked!

So in love and still in shock from it all. Not what I thought it would be like as a first time mom.
