I’m 28 weeks pregnant and have heard of the flashlight trick to put on your belly and feel baby move! Was excited and didn’t think anything of it. My husband has a LED flashlight, very strong. Without us thinking and just being excited, he put it and held it to my belly for about five seconds.

Then it hit me - omg - this light is so bright. Did we just harm her? It’s not like a regular flashlight that isn’t that bright.

He’s telling me I’m overthinking and it’s fine. Im nervous. Anyone know if this is okay?
