Waiting waiting waiting

We’ve been trying to get pregnant for over a year now. It’s been hard, especially because it Happened so quickly the first time. All my friends who had kids around when I did have either had their second kid already or are pregnant.

A few months ago my general doc and I had a conversation about this and he thinks I have PCOS or Endometriosis, or both. I am so disheartened to hear that, and I’m so nervous that I could hear it again this week. I know they can do things to help both things but I already have to take medication for my thyroid and irregular fasting levels. I’ll be so sad if they tell me I have to have surgery too.

Does anyone here have PCOS or Endometriosis? What was it like for you. Everyone else, how long have you been trying?
