Bouncer?

My little boy just turned 3 months yesterday and i was wondering when can he start using a bouncer or a walker? I’m a first time mom so not sure. Here’s a picture of my little guy!

I put all mine in a Walker or bouncer when they had good head control and could at least sit up with assistance.

no walker. Yes they can go in a bouncer. my son was in a bouncer at a month old

My daughter went in her bouncer @ about 3.5 months, she had good head/neck control & the one we bought didn’t specify age (a lot of them say 4 months & up or 6 months & up) We had a Fisher Price jungle themed one, she loved it & used it everyday up until she started crawling @ 8 months old, here’s a pic of when she 1st started using it:
