Pain and pressure

I am currently 16 weeks pregnant, and having an odd issue. Every time I sit down to pee, my pelvic area feels very sore. This is a bit TMI, but it feels like I’ve been having multiple sessions of rough sex (I haven’t) and hurts to pee and wipe. There is also a pressure. Has anyone else had this happen? It’s been almost a week, and doesn’t seem to be improving, and I’m beginning to wonder if I need to get it checked out?
