Maca delayed period??

Question

I took maca and now my period is a week late. Also my ovulation came a week early. Negative pregnancy tests. Has this happened to anyone else??

I’ve always heard that if you have a regular cycle you shouldn’t take maca. It’s supposed to to help regulate your cycle if you’re irregular but has the opposite effect if you already have a regular cycle.
