Bump on Labia

Can you get a blood blister on your inner labia?

I found a lump on my inner labia, it's not painful, and it just showed up in the past week. I have frequent sex, protected and with silicone based lube. Could it be from friction still? Neither of us have STD or STI, we've never had sex with anyone other than each other.
