Spots on boobs? Pores? Freaking out

I’m not pregnant but I’m TTC. I was changing and noticed these little dots on my boobs. I looked it up and first thing that pops up is cancer. Please ease my mind!

Look like pores . I get them on my legs and sometimes boobs.

If it gets worse and starts to look like “orange peel” skin I would get it checked out!
